About Me
Hi! I’m Michelle
Wedding Coordinator & Photographer
Hello! I’m so glad you found your way here!
I have the awesome privilege to work with beautiful couples behind the scenes for their big day. I get to see the smiles, the love, the laughter and lend the occasional ear when things become a little overwhelming.
It’s a beautiful place to be when you see their excitement, the way they put effort in their relationship and when families work together to create something meaningful.
What started as a simple task to make sure a friend’s dress and flowers made it to the restaurant, turned into opportunities to uncover a passion and career I would never have thought of.
I know how important those little details are – the color ribbon around the flowers, the weight and texture of your invitations or the perfect moment to start walking down the aisle to your perfect song. The little details are what makes your day completely yours and your wedding unlike any other.
And I’m here to take care of each of those details — to make sure that what you’ve been seeing in your head turns into a reality.
Aroha nui is Maori for ‘deep affection’:
‘aroha’ meaning love, compassion, empathy and ‘nui’ meaning deep, big, plentiful. It is used as a way to sign off letters to friends.
It’s everything that I hope and wish for my clients — everything I wish to embody when working with people.
I work with you to bring your big day vision to life — stress free.
A big event such as this requires attention and care to make it feel seamless. After working over a decade as a project manager, PMO and event coordinator, this puts all of my skills and strengths together.
Every ‘problem’ has a creative solution and every hiccup makes way for a new idea or opportunity. I have a knack for crowd-wrangling and seeing the most efficient ways of moving things along.
Wedding coordinating isn’t just something I enjoy doing — I take it very seriously and I always work cheerfully.
Wedding Day Itinerary
After our first consultation, one of the first things we’ll do is tackle the wedding day itinerary. This really helps you to zero in on the many details to ensure everything you’ve been planning is included.
We’ll fine-tune and work to make the big day run smoothly, which will likely highlight a few things that will require some more decision-making.
It’s also when you really start to see things come together!
Venue & Décor
I’ll do a site visit with you to walk through the space and where you envision décor pieces should be. We’ll also talk about the flow of traffic and what will make the most sense for guests — and you! — to take advantage of the space.
One of my main services is to set up the reception table, the ceremony space and make sure that other details are taken care of. Plus, anything that I set up is also what I take down and pack away for you for easier clean up — letting you dance longer and leave earlier.
Ongoing Consultation
Within the last 4 to 6 weeks is when the wedding planning becomes very real and the overwhelm can happen. I’m with you every step of the way and you have full access to me to ask anything from ‘Where should I seat X, Y and Z?’ to ‘Will there be tissues for me during the ceremony?’
From the big to the small, we’ll work through each detail.
I also offer some last minute graphic design services — menus, ceremony seat signs or vow printing.
I’ve got you.
Happy Clients

“Honestly, when people ask me about how my wedding day was, I tell them that it was the best day of my life because I got to have fun with my friends and family. The next thing I tell people is that hiring Michelle was the best decision I made for our wedding. I honestly don’t think I would have had the amazing time I had if Michelle was not there.”
